We identify what matters most in your life, and forms the foundation for your choices, decisions and actions.

Session 2

Pattern mapping

We look at how patterns show up in your real life. We explore what you need more of (or less of), and connect this to how you want your boundaries to work in practice.

Session 3

Action

We talk through real situations, past or present.

We look at where boundaries were crossed or didn’t hold, and identify what to do currently or in the future.

Boundaries Blueprint Tool

This is a short guided tool for moments when you’re unsure what to say, do, or agree to in a situation.

It helps you slow the pattern of defaulting to yes, avoid conflict, or ignoring what you notice in the moment, and turn it into clearer decisions.

You’ll be guided through a short set of prompts that help you see what’s happening more clearly and what matters in the situation.
